Job Title: Senior RF Electronics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior RF Electronics Manager to join our team at Singular Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will provide technical leadership for project development with high quality, repeatable designs.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled RF engineer to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in RF electronics and experience of taking a leading role. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review projects progress, set priorities, and address challenges.
  • Conduct design reviews to ensure RF systems meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with baseband, software, and audio teams to integrate RF solutions into broader projects.
  • Assist mentors providing guidance and support on technical issues.
  • Engage in project management activities.


Key Qualifications:
  • Product development background covering RF electronics.
  • Strong technical leadership within a product development environment.
  • Specifying technical requirements and taking a lead role in delivering against these requirements.
