We are seeking a Technical Asset Management Director to drive technical excellence in our marine robotics business. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies for asset management, ensuring compliance and safety.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team driving innovation in the maritime industry. You will lead technical operations across marine systems, IT, and engineering, and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment with commercial strategies.

Your Key Tasks
  • Developing and implementing asset management strategies.
  • Managing and mentoring a team.
  • Participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Driving the adoption of sustainable practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of experience in asset management, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale technical assets.
  • Knowledge of asset management systems, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
