Maintenance Technician

- To perform routine maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
- To carry out minor refurbishments and redecoration work as required.
- To maintain the security features of our services, including CCTV, lighting, and other security measures.
- To undertake basic repairs and maintenance work internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driving license is essential for this role.
- Awareness of relevant Health and Safety legislation and COSHH regulations.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £12.77.
- 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays, on a pro-rata basis.
