Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centered care to our Residents, working closely with families and other health professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional person-centered care to Residents, ensuring their physical, medical, and emotional needs are met.
  • Lead and manage the night shift care team, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
  • Liaise with other health professionals and relatives to achieve the best outcomes for each Resident.
  • Maintain a safe environment for staff, Residents, and visitors, adhering to Health and Safety and CQC requirements.
