We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team at Lindus Health Limited, where we use technology to revolutionize clinical trials and improve patient outcomes. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building the platform that powers our trial delivery platform, Citrus.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a software engineer collaborating within a team, with a strong product mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies. You will be comfortable working across a stack that includes frontend (TypeScript/React), backend (Python/Django/Postgres) and infrastructure (AWS). We offer a competitive salary of £80,000-£110,000 per annum, plus meaningful stock options, flexible working arrangements, and unlimited holidays.

You will work closely with our product team to develop features and improve our engineering practices, contributing actively to our processes and rituals, such as product planning, retrospectives, release management and backlog grooming. Within your first year, you will take on responsibility for substantial new features in Citrus and facilitate related architecture and design decisions.
