Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Commis de Cuisine to join our team in providing world-class service and hospitality to our guests. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are maintained in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily tasks to ensure readiness for service
  • Maintain and execute all kitchen preparation tasks with the highest possible standards of accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in daily setup and break down of the kitchen, taking excellent care of equipment and facilities
  • Consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Participate in teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate
  • Embrace change and deliver top results in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Minimum + years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP regulations
  • Basic food hygiene and allergens awareness
  • Strong knife skills and experience on hot and cold line
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership
  • Contribute ideas, take ownership, and go beyond responsibilities to ensure team success
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently moving and lifting items up to kg
  • Work standing and walking for extended periods of time
