Home Health Nursing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and caring Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Bristol. As a valued member of our community nursing team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to achieve optimal health outcomes.
You will work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality nursing care, including administering medications, managing wounds, and providing health education. Our ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with recent experience in community nursing and a strong understanding of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines.

Estimated salary: £32,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
