Welding Technician

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team at Harrod UK Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality steel products using MIG welding processes, predominantly jig and stitch welding. They will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet required engineering standards for dimensional accuracy and quality.

About the Role:

• Predominantly use MIG welding processes for producing steel products.
• Ensure completed products meet required engineering standards for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Work accurately within timescales and to a high standard of workmanship.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Be capable of working without direct supervision and be responsible for delivering own targets.

Requirements:

• A good understanding of steel welding processes (MIG).
• Predominantly jig and stitch welding experience.
• Previous experience of using a variety of different methods to join materials, welding, riveting and bolting to product final assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
