About the Job

We are looking for an experienced caseworker to provide support to victims of sexual violence. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To assess risk and develop safety plans for clients
  2. To provide emotional support and guidance to clients navigating the criminal justice system
  3. To work closely with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients

Requirements

  • Case management experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and safeguarding processes
  • An understanding of LGBTQ+ communities and their unique needs
  • The ability to work confidently and calmly in challenging situations

Benefits

  • A salary of approximately £29,000-£30,000 per annum
