RenEnergy Limited is a pioneering company in the renewable energy sector, driving the transition to a clean energy future. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our Operations team and contribute to the delivery of medium to large-scale solar PV projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project programmes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets and quality standards.
- Oversee the installation of PV systems by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards on site, monitoring and reporting any incidents or near misses.
- Lead the project delivery team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare accurate and regular reports on project performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Attend project meetings, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Procure subcontract labour, materials, and ancillary items as required, in line with company policies and limits of authority.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial solar PV site management.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical designs from specifications and surveys.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
