About the Role

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Complex Care Specialist. As a key member of our pediatric care team, you will provide high-quality, individualized care to a young girl with complex medical needs in the comfort of her own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to our service user, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our service user
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure and at least 12 months of experience in pediatric complex care
