Job Title: Class 1 Tanker Driver ADR

Unitruc LTD is seeking a skilled Class 1 Tanker Driver ADR to join our team. As a Class 1 Tanker Driver ADR, you will be responsible for safely delivering and collecting various chemicals.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, with guaranteed 4 nights out per week. You will be required to work nights, sometimes 4 nights out and other times 1-3 nights out.

Salary:

£53,820 P.A based on 10 hours overtime a week

Benefits:
  1. Pay is weekly.
  2. You will receive your own truck.
  3. You will be expected to park securely in services when on nights out - we have a SNAP Parking account for our trucks.
  4. This is a permanent position in a friendly, family run business that has ex-drivers in the office.
  5. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays per year.
  6. A pension plan is optional with your employment.
  7. One to three weeks training is provided dependent on experience, and any renewal training (inc CPC & ADR) is paid for by the company.
The Role:

As a Class 1 Tanker Driver ADR, you will be paired with our driver trainer to learn how to safely deliver and collect various chemicals. You will be required to work from one of two depots in Grays, with jobs allocated to you throughout the week via email / the transport team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Must be keen, efficient and have sound safe working practices.
  2. ADR license in tanks, all classes except 1 & 7.
  3. Valid Digital tacho.
