As a highly skilled SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students with special educational needs. You will work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external specialists to create individualised learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement tailored learning plans that meet the diverse needs of students with SEN
* Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and interventions in SEN, applying them to enhance teaching and learning

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications
* Specialisation or additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Experience working with students with a range of SEN and adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
