About the Role:

The Laboratory Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of products and materials at Tentamus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing laboratory analysis and providing technical support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory analysis and testing of products and materials to determine quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality and safety issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues on laboratory procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory results and testing procedures.
  • Identify and report any deviations from standard operating procedures or regulatory requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of laboratory operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or biology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a quality control or analytical chemistry role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols, including Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
