About the Role:
- We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and qualifications required for this role.
- You will be responsible for managing a caseload as the Responsible Clinician on the ward, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
- Your key responsibilities will include participating in assessments and management plans for children and young people referred to our Service, documenting findings within Carenotes and attending weekly ICR meetings.
- You will also ensure completion of professional reports within agreed timelines, act as Responsible Clinician for patients detained under the Mental Health Act, and participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
- In addition, you will provide leadership, supervision, reflection, and risk management to key workers on the team, participate in the CAMHS Consultant on-call rota, and adhere to all organisational policies and procedures.
