Security Risk Lead

We are seeking an experienced Control Systems and Security Lead to join our team at Greencore. As a key member of our engineering, security, and IT teams, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating security risks across our manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with site engineering teams to identify processes, equipment, and configurations that pose security risks
- Design and implement improvements and controls to remediate identified risks
- Perform investigations into unusual behaviors and potential incidents within the OT landscape
- Liaise with third parties to identify threats and vulnerabilities to our OT estate, and input into remediation activities, improvement plans, and prevention measures
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a background in control systems engineering and cyber security. You will have a strong understanding of OT in a FMCG environment, particularly the hardware and software used to monitor and control physical devices, processes, and events in various industrial sectors.
- Programme management capabilities at senior leadership level and across multiple sites
- Ability to translate OT risks, opportunities, and actions into understandable business language
- Relevant work experience in engineering related IT and/or cyber security, including self-taught skills
