Education Assistant

This Education Assistant position is available in a Wolverhampton-based school, working closely with a student in a 1:1 capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in educational settings and be able to adapt to the evolving needs of the student.
Requirements:- Qualifications: Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children in a 1:1 capacity, preferably in an educational setting.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the student and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge: Possess knowledge of relevant teaching methodologies and resources for supporting individual students.
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
