About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Director to lead our Dispute Resolution Services team in Ashtead, Surrey. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a valid full UK manual driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Dispute Resolution Services team in Ashtead, ensuring excellent service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, social work, or psychology).
  • Proven experience in dispute resolution, conflict management, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £29,601 per annum, plus benefits.
  • Additional £50 per sleep-in shift.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).
  • Full-time, permanent contract.

Driving Requirement:

A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
