Accounts Payable Assistant

Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited involves supporting our Accounts Payable department with financial and administrative duties. This includes processing invoices, making payments to contractors and suppliers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing and invoice systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel and other financial software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
