Role Overview

The Network Performance Analytics Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing key strategic Retailer performance metrics for Sales, Aftersales and Brand Standards. These metrics will be used to benchmark performance against strategic targets to drive Retailer behaviour.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the Grenadier sales and distribution strategy.
  • Building IAL global Retailer intelligence for performance reviews and regional action planning.
  • Supporting the maintenance and evolution of thorough and robust standards for all sales and aftersales conduit.
  • Establishing close working relationships with the Commercial and Regional Teams.
  • Supporting the creation of KPIs/targets for measuring effectiveness of distribution channels.

Requirements

We are seeking an international business development and/or trade experienced individual with a creative approach and 'out of the box' thinking. A proven track record in working in an international business environment is essential. Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry is also required.

The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively and have robust IT literacy, commercial acumen and a process-driven approach.
