Care Professional with Autistic Spectrum Disorder Expertise

As a Night Life Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, severe and complex learning difficulties, global development delay, and associated challenging behaviour.
You will work closely with the staff team to safeguard young adults at all times, participate in recreational events, create positive relationships, and ensure their physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs are met.
**Job Description:**
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of young adults with complex needs. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus extensive training packages, pension, life assurance, and genuine career development opportunities.
