About the RoleAs a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, assisting with daily living, and being a friendly companion to our clients. Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medication, as prescribed by our clients' healthcare professionals
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Being a friendly companion to our clients, engaging in activities and conversations to help them feel connected and valued
- Preparing meals and monitoring clients' diets to ensure their nutritional needs are met
- Assisting with appointments and outings, providing transportation and support as needed
- Ensuring that clients can remain independent in their own homes, by providing support with tasks such as shopping and household chores
We are looking for a Care Professional who has at least one year of care experience in a domiciliary, care home, or hospital setting. You will need to be a warm and empathetic person, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of others. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to adapt to changing situations.
