Behaviour Interactive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our team of creative individuals in the development of AAA console and PC games. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and direction of our projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the gaming industry, including market trends, competitive games, and innovative game mechanics.
- Lead the creative team in the development of game concepts, pitches, prototypes, and production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Mentor and train creative staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Producers, and other Directors to ensure the creative vision aligns with business objectives and project goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including clients and industry stakeholders.
- Travel to industry events and conferences to represent Behaviour Interactive and promote our games.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in game development and creative direction.
- Experience with Unreal or Unity on AAA PC-Console or Mobile games.
- Strong understanding of game development processes, including pre-production, production, and live operations.
- Ability to effectively communicate game concepts and ideas through various mediums, including writing, drawing, and presentations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative individuals.
