Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple engineering and trade packages from internals to basements
- Review and manage numerous packages for your designated area, including tender information produced by design teams
- Interface with internal departments and external agencies, such as architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and client agents
- Procure packages during the PSCA Stage
- Main contractor construction experience
- Previous experience managing packages on multi-million construction projects
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in groundworks
- Experience in industrial major construction projects
