Kepak Group is seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join its Technical Graduate Programme in Scotland. As a graduate on this programme, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various technical departments, including Hygiene, Quality Control, and Production.

The programme is designed to develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a quality control role, with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality. Graduates will have the opportunity to work on real projects, develop their skills and knowledge, and build positive relationships with colleagues from all cultures and career stages.

We are offering a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, rising to £29,500 after one year, and access to a range of benefits, including an employee discount scheme, service-related annual leave, and discounted health insurance.
