Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team on Newton Ward at Clock View Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced nursing team to ensure a clean and safe environment that meets the unique needs of our service users. As a key member of the team, you will support with daily living tasks, maintain a therapeutic atmosphere, and promote independent personal care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as serving meals and assisting with personal care
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control measures
  • Support and empower service users to develop their skills and independence
Requirements
  • Experience working in healthcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
