Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced psychological therapist to join our team in North West Sussex. As a key member of our Community Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality evidence-based psychological therapy to clients, their families, or carers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, systemic, or group-based therapeutic interventions for complex mental health problems, including PTSD, psychosis, OCD, anxiety, depression, and EUPD.
- Conduct psychological assessments, interventions, and staff support as relevant to your training and experience.
- Work alongside the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) in case formulation, management of complex risk, and team development.
- Supervise others carrying out psychological therapy or psychologically-informed interventions.
- Postgraduate doctoral level training in applied psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and lifespan developmental psychology.
- Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of specialist psychological working with a wide variety of client groups, across the whole life course, and presenting with complex mental health problems.
- Doctoral level knowledge of research design and methodology, including complex multivariate data analysis.
- High level of knowledge and skills in neuropsychology and evidence of further practice and/or training since qualification.
- Experience of working within a multicultural framework and evidence of continuing professional development as required by the HCPC.
