Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Chalkhill. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating psychological interventions for young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop treatment plans for young people with complex mental health needs
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative care pathways
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Doctoral level training in applied psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and lifespan developmental psychology
- Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HPC)
- Experience of working with young people and their families, including those with complex mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
