About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Aberbeeg Hospital, a 12-bedded low secure service for men. As a qualified RMN, you will provide high-quality care to service users, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Record and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
  • Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
