About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a bank nurse, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to men with mental health conditions in a modern and purpose-built hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to patients with mental health conditions
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
- NMC registration
- Previous experience in a similar setting
- Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
- Positive attitude and a caring, compassionate nature
