We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to enhance their quality of life
• Champion appropriate independence and personal choice, promoting autonomy and dignity
• Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring safe and effective administration
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment
• Support and guide others in line with the NMC Code, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin
• Experience in mental health nursing, with a strong understanding of complex needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing workload and managing competing demands
