About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for defining, scoping, and managing resources for projects within the Process Engineering Team.
  • You will develop and improve test equipment capability, capacity, efficiency, and reliability, ensuring that our operations are optimized and efficient.
  • You will provide 'hands-on' engineering support to the Operations Department, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • You will have experience as a Process Engineering Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
  • You will have experience in mentoring and managing a team, with a strong focus on leadership and development.
  • You will have a strong understanding of maintenance and equipment management, with the ability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
