CNC Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring daily line performance, upholding product specifications, and meeting stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize daily line performance to meet production targets.
  • Ensure product specifications and quality standards are consistently met through rigorous quality control checks.
  • Adhere to all site safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous CNC programming experience is essential for this role.
  • A sound understanding of Health and Safety practices is crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members.
  • A good team player with a "can-do" attitude is required to thrive in this environment.
  • Computer literacy and capability to operate machinery using touch screen panels are essential.
  • Exceptional eye for detail is necessary to ensure high-quality products.
  • Doosan or Fanuc experience is highly desirable.
