About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Burnley. As a Social Worker, you will work with adults who require additional help to live independently, providing support and guidance to enable them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults in various settings, including their own homes, residential homes, and community settings.
  • Assess and develop care plans to meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare teams and family members, to ensure comprehensive support.
