Job Opportunity: Store Manager | Outdoor Retail

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team in an outdoor brand in a busy tourist location. If you're passionate about the outdoors and have a drive to succeed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance and retail sales across the store
  • Create an environment that provides an excellent customer experience
  • Manage store KPIs, including P&L, audit, and customer service
  • Keep the team's technical product knowledge up to date
  • Report to the Area Manager

Requirements:

  • Passion for the outdoors
  • Retail experience at Supervisor, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level
  • Experience managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance
  • Track record of driving sales and performance
  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
