We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of Compliance Services, including data entry and analysis, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze M&E and Lifts records to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Upload supporting documentation to document management systems, adhering to correct naming protocols.
- Develop and maintain skills, knowledge, and abilities to deliver compliance support services in a consistent and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to contractor and landlord enquiries, and ensuring all stakeholders are updated and informed.
Requirements:
- Experience in business support, business administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of administrative tasks.
- Proven ability to manage delivery of M&E and Lift services, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Strong communication and IT skills, with the ability to develop and maintain skills and knowledge.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service and care, with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
