Electrical Project Manager Job Description

As an Electrical Project Manager at Kirby Group Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the execution of various stages of electrical construction projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the agreed-upon timeframe, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Start-Up: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including procurement, engineering, and construction schedules, and ensure that all necessary stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Project Running Phase: Manage the day-to-day activities of the project team, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Project Completion: Oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical systems, ensure that all necessary documentation is completed, and facilitate the handover of the project to the client.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of electrical construction principles and practices. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
