Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Atom Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving commercial digital marketing activities for our B2C brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, including WooCommerce, to optimize online sales
  • Execute a content marketing strategy via blogs, mailshots, and SEO to engage with customers
  • Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to build brand presence
  • Line manage, train, and mentor a Social Media Assistant to ensure effective social media management
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to track sales and coordinate supply
  • Maintain and update the brand strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop and promote new products

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and social media
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
