About the Role

Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Shirebrook. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives/Trainee Supervisors, including regular one-on-one meetings to discuss performance and set SMART goals.
  • Collaborate with the Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive performance on key metrics to ensure an efficient warehouse operation that meets customer demand.
  • Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of safety on site, working closely with the Safety team to ensure adherence to all safety routines and procedures.
  • Review and analyze weekly labor plans to ensure adequate cover, sharing insights with the Section Manager and highlighting any issues or feedback.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations when daily or weekly targets are not met, and develop a plan to bridge the gap.
  • Partner with the Warehouse Leadership team and other key stakeholders to ensure all strategic activities are on track and supported.
  • Support the implementation of culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • High potential for people and change management.

  • Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business environment.
