Job Overview

Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse operatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Work closely with the Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive performance on key metrics, ensuring an efficient warehouse operation that meets customer demand.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety on site, working with the Safety team to implement safety routines and procedures.
  • Review and manage the weekly labour plan, ensuring adequate cover and highlighting any issues or feedback.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to bridge any gaps in performance.
  • Partner with the Warehouse Leadership team to ensure all strategic activity is on track and supported.
  • Support the implementation of culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • High potential for people and change management.
  • Good systems skills.
  • Customer-focused approach to operational management.
  • Resilient, flexible and approachable.
  • Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
