Job Title: QA Supervisor – Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Supervisor to join our Technical team at The Compleat Food Group. As a QA Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and assist with unannounced BRC and customer audit preparation and factory performance on the day, aiming to retain AA+ grade.
  • Management of the pest control site visits and non-conformance close outs
  • Supervise the QA / Technical team including co-ordinating rotas, responsibilities, and attendance.
  • Working with production and the QA team to ensure paperwork is correct and traceability is maintained.
  • Support customer visits from the Technical side of the business
  • Continually train, coach and develop the production team and the QA operatives working in the factory on anything technically related
  • Continually monitor shelf-life samples, to ensure the protection of the business and the end customer
  • Co-ordinate micro analysis testing, trending, and performance
  • Generate and record Technical KPI's within agreed timescale and communicate internally
  • Be the product quality 'champion' covering everything from specifications, quality and aesthetics of the product
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in a QA role in food manufacturing environment
  • Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Level 3 HACCP
