Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Team Member, you will be expected to:

  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
  • Work collaboratively with store colleagues to solve customer problems and deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Ensure the store is safe and legal by maintaining stocked shelves, correct prices, dates, and temperatures.

You will also have the flexibility to work a range of different shifts, including weekends and evenings.
