Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Supervisor to oversee the financial operations of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, and payments
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
  • Reconcile financial statements, payment reminders, and credit control
  • Identify and address discrepancies, reporting, internal accounting databases, and spreadsheets
  • Manage expenses, timesheets, and payroll

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator
  • Good knowledge of all bookkeeping procedures with experience with Sage 50 accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports and accurately process numerical data
  • Team management and negotiation skills
