Role ResponsibilitiesThis full-time GP position involves working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide routine and emergency medical care to patients aged 0-100+. You will be responsible for conducting thorough medical assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare providers. Other key responsibilities include:
- Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborating with colleagues to optimize patient flow, reduce waiting times, and enhance overall efficiency
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- GMC registration as a General Practitioner with current practicing privileges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to evaluate complex medical information and make informed decisions
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to participate in team-based care and support continuous quality improvement efforts
