About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 37 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. As part of our Primary Care Pharmacy Team, you will contribute to the delivery of pharmacotherapy services, working closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to improve medicines management and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost-effective and evidence-based prescribing practices
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy hub team to promote best practices in pharmacotherapy
  • Work closely with GPs and primary care teams to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Technician qualification
  • NVQ3 or BTEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council

The estimated salary for this role is £25,600 - £33,700 per year, considering the job requirements and location.
