Job Description
As a Senior Systems Support Engineer with Austin Fraser, you will play a critical part in maintaining and enhancing our clients' IT infrastructure. Your expertise in constructing projects, providing IT support, and offering highly personable assistance will be invaluable in ensuring client satisfaction.

This role offers a unique blend of field work and remote collaboration, allowing you to develop your skills in home-working support and office-based environments while also traveling to client sites as needed. We are seeking a candidate who can build and support core technologies such as Microsoft Server, SQL, Exchange, Azure, and 365, install and maintain internal servers and cloud applications, and work closely with clients on appware, servers, peripherals, and networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will require proven ability to multitask customer service, prioritize client needs, and ensure satisfaction, often on short notice. Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone, are essential. Experience with project construction, IT support, and cloud services is also highly desirable.
