Job Description

GDi is a leading provider of engineering and digital asset management solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead our structural engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in structural engineering and a strong background in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company engineering procedures, industry standards, and client codes and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
