We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter at Burnt Orange. Our restaurant is about more than just good food and drink – it's a place where you can relax and feel at home.

Burnt Orange is a neighbourhood restaurant and late-night bar in the heart of Brighton, moments from the seafront and just a few streets from the historic Lanes. We're confident you'll love it because we're passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and staff alike.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be a vital member of our kitchen team, supporting them to deliver high-quality dishes made with fresh, local products. You will work as part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team to deliver the highest standards.

We're looking for a self-motivated team player who thrives under pressure, is keen to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and maintains a professional manner even in challenging situations. You will also ensure that Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed and are eligible to work full-time in the UK.
