About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Porter to join our team at Malmaison. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and staff areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen and staff areas are maintained at a high level of cleanliness at all times.
- Assist the kitchen brigade in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Manage the pot and plate wash areas to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve a high level of service quality.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
