We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team at CV-Library, supporting the growth and development of our medium-sized business.
The successful appointee will have the opportunity to enhance their expertise in month-end accounting processes and contribute to meaningful projects aimed at process and system improvements.
- Be part of a dynamic team where your work directly impacts business growth and development.
- Closely collaborate with the Financial Controller and contribute to impactful projects focused on efficiency and system enhancements.
- Gain exposure to a wide range of financial activities and further develop your management accounting skills.
- Weekly reconciliation of the fixed asset register, accruals, and prepayments.
- Support in preparing monthly management accounts for 5 business units.
- Weekly sales ledger invoice processing.
- Daily banking requirements and reconciliations.
- Maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast and deliver analyses to the Senior Leadership Team using Excel.
- Update vehicle costings with daily mileage data.
- Provide key performance indicators (KPI) data as needed.
- Support credit control processes as required.
- Assist in year-end audit preparations and schedules.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
